The Franz Liszt International Piano Festival offers festival participation passes (active and passive), tickets for concerts and events, educational activities including masterclasses, lectures, and workshops, and opportunities for sponsorships and voluntary donations. All products and services are delivered digitally and/or in person at the festival venue. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Orders & Payment

All payments made through the website are processed securely via approved third-party payment gateways. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, all information supplied is accurate and complete, and you agree to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation via email.

5. Delivery of Services

As no physical goods are sold, tickets and passes will be delivered electronically via email or made available at the venue for collection. Festival participation details and schedules will be communicated via email prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that correct contact details are provided.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket and participation pass purchases are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organisers. If a participant withdraws after purchase, no refund will be issued. Donations and sponsorship contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.

7. Event Changes

The festival organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, schedule, faculty, or venue if necessary, or substitute artists or speakers in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liszt Festival LLC shall not be held liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants or attendees, or losses arising from schedule changes. Attendees participate in festival activities at their own risk.

9. Participant Responsibility

Participants and attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal arrangements, compliance with local laws, and maintaining appropriate conduct during festival activities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Liszt Festival LLC unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
